Where is Eureka Rockup available?

Currently available in Australia only. Tasks need to be located in Australia. We will announce it here when we open to other countries.

How do I report a problem or someone's behaviour?

On any task or conversation, use Report under the other person's name and choose a reason. Our team reviews every report. You can also Block someone so they can't see your tasks or message you.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account, or see Delete your account.

Do you store my address?

No. We keep only your suburb and an approximate location. You share your exact address in a chat message with the person you choose.

How does payment work?

For now you agree payment directly with the other person. Online payments are coming later.

I feel unsafe

Contact emergency services first. Then block and report the person, and email us with the details.
