Delete your account

You can delete your Eureka Rockup account at any time. This applies to both the website and the mobile app.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, bio and profile picture are removed, and you are signed out everywhere.
• Your open tasks are cancelled and photos you uploaded are deleted.
• Every message you sent is deleted.
• Tasks you completed with someone else, and reviews you wrote, remain in that person's history as "Deleted user".

You need to finish or cancel any tasks that are still in progress first.

How to delete

• In the app or on the website: Profile → Delete account.
• Can't sign in? Email support@eurekarockup.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
